I use Everest for mods, but sometimes when I play on vanilla and then Everest it screws up my save file (I saved but it still spawns me where I was when I started that session)

Anyone know why?

I was about to buy celeste on steam for speedrunning, as I already have it on the switch but wanted to record, and it just when on sale for 75% off!!!
