Yeah it makes the loading go by a lot faster. You can skip the first cutscene but wait until the text goes away on the second one to skip it.

It would be DLC only, which I suppose would make the category exclusive to at least somewhat dedicated BotW players.

Without the paraglider you would void out and spawn back outside of the SoR upon leaving the shrine or completing it.
