Was wondering if this could be added, goal would be to collect the normal 3 remotes on each level as fast as possible excluding the reward remote. Would make for some good ILs and no wrong warp practice. For example I've been practicing Superzeroes where we get all 3 remotes in one go with TV cancels, my current PB is 5 minutes on n64, would be good to submit my 3 remote run practice and try to improve there. Just an idea no worries if not :)
Would it be possible to separate the IL's by console just like the main leaderboard? :)
Hello, I was wondering if there was any way to get N64 IL's separated from PC. Also maybe even separating emu from actual console. If not no worries at all, but yeah, I'd submit runs and I know a couple other people I speedrun with would actually be more interested if this change was made. Something special about grinding on the actual console, forcing N64 controllers to be used. Easily makes the IL's more impressive (again in my opinion) to actually use the real controller, not some ps5 or elite controller on an emulator. Also, I do understand you can submit the times now, but for a 2nd or 3rd place time for most of the records, due to them being unobtainable on a N64 because PC just runs faster. This is okay other than the fact I would like to spend hundreds of hours on a single task on a level, to only be rewarded with a 3rd place time or something just seems odd. Thanks for your time, again, not a big deal at all either way.
Hey this is really not a big deal just kinda something I noticed, would there be any way for Pokemon Stadium 2 to get its own category extensions to separate the boards so it's not so much clutter? We have some really sick runs out there hidden away by the board, showing a blank category at first glance. Again, not that big of a deal if not its all gucci.
any way we could get a separate tab in the IL section for n64 console runs?
ruling on using turbo functionality? doesn't say you can/can't currently. easy to setup on all types of methods and even on real cartridge could use turbo gamecube controller off a gameboy player. regardless it doesn't matter to me if it is or isn't allowed but I would say if it was allowed it may bring more people to speedrun. mashing thousands of text boxes isn't really fun and most people probably burn out after 3 runs of mashing. could be a separate category as well.
I have updated the Individual level section for all levels. Also a new community discord for this game solely https://discord.gg/c3Gd9xpqGH
