We have already 10 moderators (4 US, 3 EU, 3 inactive) which is more than enough. We don't need more moderators right now. (Also, its not a catastrophy if a run doesn't instantly get verified)

Moderators are required to have fluent english, high trustworthiness in sb community and long-term experience with speed builders in order to have perspective and critisism towards submitted runs.
