TuvaluLiveSplit is not always accurate, it's better to use a frame retimer to get an accurate time
Starting at 23:59 BST on the 11th August (3 hours and 2 minutes after this post), you are required to show FPS (either using Fraps or the SHIFT+F5 feature in ROBLOX) at some point in your run. This can be at the start, in the middle, or after the timer stops.
Recently after the hyperoptimization of runs (mainly from uchihatasu and admirooo, uchi pushing it under 3:15), some new strats involving the fling tech previously used at the ladder on 02 has been found and implemented in other places, as seen in this run. I highly recommend you watch it as it gives context to this post.

There are conflicting opinions on what to do regarding this, as it's a pretty grey area and it's unclear whether it should be allowed or not. Some options are allowing it, moving it to Inbounds, splitting the category, and disallowing the tech at all.
As you may or may not have seen, me and VentureMatic have been added to the mod team today, as prolert (a standing supermod) reached out to us and offered us the position. This means we have the power to make a change (or at least discuss one).
I'd like to start an incentive for some community discussion revolving this subject because we don't want to make a decision based on only our own opinion.

Hi all, Recently, a skip / glitch has been found that saves around 3 seconds every chapter, consistenting of some strange tech involving exiting early. Me and the other mods briefly discussed this, and we have decided that this trick will be allowed in Any%, but prohibited in Single Chapters. It would be unfair for ILs to be smashed out the park by using a bug, and we'd like to keep them as they are, for convenience's sake.
TL;DR - skip was found, we're allowing it in Any% but not Single Chapters.
