Hey guys, i was wondering, for the any% run, should i do the skip of chapter 5 or not? I mean, the any% of this game must be done in glitchless or not? Personaly, i don't like to use glitchs like that, for me it's seems not respectfull to the game, but maybe the any% should be done with all the stuff we have at disposition. Maybe create 2 categories like the chapters seems a good option, i want to have your opinion at his subject.

For me, a speedrun must be to beat the entire game, to come until the end. There is a fiew exceptions, sure, but there are reasons. Here, i don't see the interest to do only the demo. The game is enough easy to don't have to create categories like that in my opinion. A demo, it's just for discover the game. After that, you buy the game, then you speedrun it. And if you're implicated in the speedrun, you don't want to do just the demo, believe me.

Hmmm, it's really weird to have some runs with the IGT and others with RTA. Maybe you can separate the two times.

And personally, i don't like the IGT for this game. I think the IGT stop when we are in the menu, so if only the IGT count, we can take the time to restore life, upgrade the camera, etc. It's too easy :/ . What do you think about it?

I recently found this glitch, all is on the description. Actually it saves maybe 1 sec on the entire part with the hat :'( but it's awesome to see in my opinion ^^

I found a little skip, it save 5 sec. On the passage to the 2 ropes, we have to climb a little the first rope in the beginning, and still we are enough high to pass the 2nd rope in one time.

Ok i did what Seven sayed and it's looks fine :) thank you ! Thanks to the proposition Ewil but i'm a little bad in english and pretty shy so not for now ^^.

Also i have another problem. I start to attempt a run of Stage 2, but some races are not here :o . I've did some try and the problem persist. Exemple : the first sprint we have to do is not here, and the first street X too, sometimes. It's pretty bad for the routing. It's totally random or we can change that? (I precise i've choose the right sponsor, 3 drags).

I start to learn this game for speedrun this, but i have a problem : the game crash a lot !! Wich solutions have you for that? A patch or something like that?

For this skip, we have to wait a little before pushing the button, because we can jump a little more far, and like this, we can be enough quick to pass the door.

Ouch, run rejected (and all the others runs) because the rules changed a little, it's pretty sad :/ .

Personnaly i don't look the IGT almost. For me only the RTA is important i think, because we can see the IGT is not representative, because it's changing a lot for the differents speedrunners . And for everyone, the IGT is more rather than the RTA. It does not make sense.

So, concerning the new rules, why not we can try like that even if I'm not understand what does it change in finality. Like i said, i don't care about the IGT personnaly, so, it's not an interesting changement for me.

Sorry if i have an opinion different ^^ . Whatever, if the rules changed, i can re-run it, i can make an effort (I just need a little more precisions when start and end the timer precisely, and it's ok).

For finish, i have a suggestion but it's radical : delete the IGT for everyone, because if it's too hard to make a thing "fair", and it's seems to be, the IGT become useless. I don't think the new rules completely solve the problem.
