Changing the versions would be very neat. In the HD version for example the city of askalon in the 5th saladin mission has gates, while in AoC there are none (it's a huge time difference obviously). Also in some missions of the HD version, the AI behaves different and ruins your strat. Still both versions have their advantages, which should be used to save time.

I have no clue though, how to handle the switching of the versions.
