Yeah, but even if we do report it it is not going to be fixed. Brad has left Scratch, and even before that he didn't really have any interest in fixing bugs. The "bouncing on bullets" bolt cheese was being reported since release, and it never got fixed.

"Cheating things" would mean something like splicing, speedup, using a TAS tool, etc.

Well - that also has the same problem as 22 bolts because you already take 7 from two of the worlds in the any% category, so really all it adds is the L city water area.

Super Mario for Scratch 4 is a possibility, it's a small community but it's a free web game and is a decent platformer game

Maybe... It doesn't really seem like it would bring anything new to the table though. I was thinking about adding something like minimum coins and/or minimum jumps, and Individual Planet speedruns.

It's really up to TornadoTwisterYT, but I think it would be valid. I know the Getting Over It Scratch Edition community mostly does runs on their modpack. I could also help with some features like an autosplitter and load remover.

I don't think so, furniture skip isn't even used in top runs so it would only be helpful if for some reason you couldn't do slide skip

Um... I can't actually see the run because I'm on a school computer and Twitch is blocked. You'll have to wait for TornadoTwisterYT to see the run. Also, I put the guidelines for when loads start and end in the game rules, so you can try timing your runs with that.

Your post was written at probably the worst time. I just got it. Also, I was thinking we should add individual planets to the leaderboard. It would probably be separated into 7 and 8 bolt categories (Or 6 and 8 for L city). I can do that and submit some of the current records that I already have split up and recorded if you want. Also, I've searched up some speedruns of SMFS 4 on Youtube, and there's actually quite a few. In fact, I think there was a sub 11 a few years ago before this game was added. I'm working on recording the splits and stuff.

Michael0013 gained 3 seconds on you thanks to loading times. Also, the run seemed to be timed wrong, with the run actually being 11m 51s instead of 11m 41s. I'm guessing the mental math went wrong when subtracting the two times.

I decided to time some of the top runs and noticed that the loading times are starting to impact the final times significantly. For instance, from my 11:29 time to my (currently unverified) 10:54, I saved 15 seconds purely by faster loads. Additionally, the difference between the best and worst loads is currently 20 seconds. Considering Paul1379 beat the WR by 2 seconds, this seems like it needs to be fixed. I can't share the spreadsheet link without sharing my full name, but I did take a screenshot.
