Just a quick quality of life update to the two Tutorial categories.

In order to follow pre-established naming conventions, the names of the two categories have been switched around as follows.

Tutorial% (no cheats) has become Tutorial%

Tutorial% has become Tutorial% (cheats)

This doesn't impact the rules or pre-existing runs of either category, but it does make it less confusing in relation to the other categories.
