In the rules it states that Twitch recordings must be highlighted. I did a run in private and uploaded it to youtube, does this mean I have to submit an edited version with only the IL or can I just submit the full run and put in timestamps for start and end?

You can submit the full run, as long as it fits the IL category's rules
