After talking with the mods we decided to change the rules a little. 2 changes have happened: 

1. Timing starts after you skip the first cutscene to actually start the game. All runs have been retimed to reflect this change. We feel like this should help make all forms of Playstation models somewhat close regardless of system configuration. It was either this or categorise runs based on model and HDD type, I don't think anybody wants that. 

2. As of March 9th 2017, if playing on the PS4 version, the ingame speedrun timer should be shown. If it's not enabled, a run will be considered invalid. This is to ensure fair play among all runners.
