Thanks for your inquiry. To be honest, I was not mod of this game when the Full Game Category was introduced and the rules aren't very specific in this regard. I've tried locating the save files, but still I didn't manage to clear my progress.

I would say it's up to you and how you think it is more interesting to play. I recommend contacting the first and only runner of this category, Xecore, about how he did it. In my opinion both are fine, you may either play the full game using the vehicles you want, as long as you get at least one star in every level or you play the way Xecore did, by limiting yourself to the vehicles you would have unlocked if you played from a new save file.

Yeah I think that's super reasonable, cause if you're going fast enough for WR you're guaranteed to be getting enough stars to unlock the next sections and then some anyway. And vehicles, you're kind of wasting time by unlocking all of them anyway, but it makes sense to at least steer clear of the boss vehicles
