This is a guide for what all items in this game do.

Weapons: Pellet = Nothing except Soldiers Disc = Car Tank = Bomb, Very useful for opening presents and jars as it has a 9 square Area of Effect Arrow/Tack = Floating Octopus Fire = Cards Lightning = Robots. Can stun all other enemies and useful for escaping Blue thing = Monkeys Star = Second Most powerful weapon in the game. Very fast and can kill every enemy. Only one of the two weapons that can be used to kill Majyo before the final battle. Whirlwind = The other weapon that can kill Majyo. Makes you speedy fast and whirl all of the stage and opening tons of presents and kill tons of enemies. Can also kill Majyo in one shot unlike the Stars which take some shots.

Food: Candy: = 50 points Vanilla Cake = 100 points Donut = 200 points Chocolate Cake = 300 points

Items: Present = Used to find all Items in. Some Presents are random and some have the same weapons in them. Shirt:= Used to heal yourself if struck by an enemy. You can take 2 hits before you die. Claw hidden in present = Will remove shirt, leaving you with one Hit Point left. You get rid of this by getting rid of the first hit point of the present. You can sneak by at the right timing. Star = 3 needed to get Stars Weapon or Whirlwind. Likely to get it before Majyo stages most of the time if you open most presents. Flower = The Invisible Man, Pico, but with a tradeoff. You can't grab anything. Fork - Turns all onscreen enemies into delicious Chocolate Cake. Great for getting rid of enemies quickly and getting a lot of points. Unlucky if an octopus is floating over a wall where you can't reach it. Lanterns = Unlike in real life, you can see what's in the present without even opening. Jet Boots = You don't need an explanation of what these do if you have played The Tower of Druaga. If not, then you can just get an idea from the first word. Special Flag = Shows up for every 15k you get in the next Level. Those familiar with Rally-X probably knows this icon. It showed up again in Xevious to get an extra life. Guess what it does this time around? Gem Box = In the same presents every time, these give you a chance to get up to 1500 points with each gem giving you 100. It starts at the 12 O' Clock position and goes clockwise. Not worth getting if you are being overwhelmed by enemies or running out of time.
