Taking a bit of a gamble with this upload seeing as Skunk Studios still exists. However, their purchase link for the game is broken and it appears they formerly sold it through either RealArcade or whatever platform existed for commercial Shockwave games back in the day (I remember the former, not so much the latter). 

Unlike the first game, there's no extra work needed to get it running, you just click the exe and you're good.
