I found this bug when i was trying to get the trophy "Ca$h Mon£y" - Produce 50 coins in the chest fight (Because i didn't want to do the full challenge xd):

ya there are a couple spots that you can stand still during and not get hit. I believe there's another one in the top left corner

Yes this is the safe spot I used for the achievement.

I have also killed him with a pull from this same position. Once. It's extremely difficult and you only get one try to pull.
