This board is now for Time Runners, a new board will be made for Level Maker later on
Timing Rules Fix (Complete an Area) Runs only.
Timing starts on the first frame the first obby is entered, the first frame the timer can be seen at the top.
Timing ends on the frame the timer turns green on the final obby.
