This game runs at the same framerate as your monitor's refresh rate. This causes the game to speed up if your monitor refresh rate is higher than 60fps.

For runs to be leaderboard valid, you have to cap the framerate at 60fps. If you're not experiencing any speedups and your game runs at the same speed as existing leaderboard runs, your monitor probably has a 60fps refresh rate already.
