Is story% just done on the most recent patch or is there any other differences?

Story% is always on the latest patch. When a new patch comes out the current runs will be considered any%. Mostly because of the addition of industrial and more story content. This is also the reason older patches are recommended for any%, since they are a lot shorter.

one more thing. is there any chance a console category could be added? I only have the switch version and would like a leaderboard to put my runs on.

Like mentioned in the other thread, it's been added. Sorry I never replied, I didnt had my email notifications set up. In the future I will receive them :)
