technically for 7500 coins, you can beat the any% WR by a huge amount. also, timer starts and stop rules contradict each other in the category rules and game rules.

in old threads, people and old moderators agreed that skips shouldnt be allowed in runs and it shouldnt have their own category so i guess its an unofficial rule

edit : the mods use the game rules for full game runs, and category rules for il runs i think
