Explosion route - alphamudkip WR (15:28)

AlphaMudkip used a combination of explosion and homing arrows to complete his run, using lightning arrows as a transition weapon. 

I've optimized it a little, but you're welcome to experiment. Other arrow costs and research in the forum.

Critical Era, 1 & 2:

So need to get 6500 in level 1 of Era 1 for a competitive run in a fast enough time.
(E1L1? L1 - E1 need a level format. Era 1, level 1.)

buy the lightning for aoe, and homing for guidence. then spam click in an upward arc and try to get as many points as possible. You get more points in later levels and eras so don't spend too much time here.

Level up homing as fast as possible, it's more important to get level 3 homing, than more levels in lightning or explosion (or piercing, more research / theory in the forum)

Era 2:

Once you have level three homing, explosion should only cost 5000. Get at least 1 level or 2. 

(I don't think buying the extra turrets powerup [15000] is more helpful than getting level 2 damage explosions, but I could be wrong.)

Piercing and Homing may be more effective than homing and explosion.
Arrow priority is dictated by level, then by position / cost on the clock.

Good Execution Era 3 & 4:

... Era 3:
Piercing and Homing may be more effective than homing and explosion for bosses, but this is just the easy part

Era 5: 
Just try to beat the last bosses. 


advice & tips:

Small optimization, might be faster to kill an enemy than let it sink to the bottom of the level. (more experimentation needed)

accuracy if possible is good, but so is arrow quantity on screen

some sort of glitch with blimps?
