Using Savegame Files
Updated by combat
On your PC, go to Documents\Teardown and move "savegame.xml" somewhere safe.
Then, drag "savegame.xml" from the ZIP folder into your Documents\Teardown folder, and start / restart your game.
You should now have all weapons, all fully upgraded.
