So, you want to submit a TDX run for speedrun.com but don't know where to start? No worries because we're here to guide you!

Step 1: Getting Started First things first, you need a good grasp of how TDX works. I recommend practicing in a mode until you feel confident enough to submit a run.

Step 2: Recording the Run If you're on PC/Mac, use whatever works best for your system. OBS is a user-friendly choice. For mobile users, choose the best option for your system.

Step 3: Uploading the Run Once recorded, upload your run to Twitch/Youtube. I'll cover Youtube here. Visit https://www.youtube.com, click the arrow, upload your video, add a title/description, customize the thumbnail, make it public, and voila! Your run is on Youtube.

Step 4: Submitting to Speedrun.com Return to speedrun.com, select the map you ran, and click Submit Run. Choose the mode you are submitting your run on, and click on "Submit run". Fill out Player 1 with your Speedrun.com name. For multiplayer runs, add names in Player 2, Player 3, etc. Use their Speedrun.com names if available, if your teammates does not have a speedrun.com account, you can put in their names as unregistered players, any name you want! Specify the map in Level, input the triumph screen time, ensure it matches in Time, note the player amount, select your playing platform, and crucially, paste your video link in Video link. Click submit, and you're done!

Step 5: Waiting/Conclusion Your will need to wait 3-14 days for your run to be reviewed, shorter or longer depends on how active is the moderation team. If it's not checked by then, contact us in the Discord server. Congratulations, you've officially submitted a run! Need more help or don't understand?
