In W4-L3, aka the level with the many platforms facing to the left, you are gonna want to turn around any platform so that it wanders to the right way. Do not be scared of the voidTM, because upon reaching the border right border of the level, you enter a new one with no dialougue. This level is a big one where you will use the no-gravity gravitation to fly towards the end. After reaching it, there will be gravity pickups, which you are gonna want to pickup while flying towards them. It will make you jump high enough to reach W4-L15, which is where the skip is gonna lead you to.
