For this Boss you will need some RNG blessing. He is manipulateable - but this needs insane timing and positioning. Because this Boss can take between 40 sec. and 3min, I decided to investigate an accurate strat for this one. It wont work everytime - but at least you got the highest chance for a good time actually.
The Strat: At the start of the battle you do nothing (no move, no jump), just drop down and wait for the spider action. In most cases the spider will move to the right. This is the best start you can get. Now repeat this steps...

If the spider is on the right side, you have to stand on the middle platform and just walk left until you drop on the platform. Walk until Jerrys sprite is with 1 - 3 pixels in the trigger (but don't activate) then wait until the spider walks down and activate the trigger.

If the spider is on the left side, you have to stand on the middle platform and just walk right until you drop on the platform. Walk until Jerrys sprite is with exact 1 pixel in the trigger (but don't activate) then wait until the spider walks down and activate the trigger.

If the spider is down and insect spray is charging, stay on the middle platform, and prepare for step 1 or 2.

If the spider is on top, you can get her to the right with jump from bottom on the right platform, then one above and then wait. On the left side you can get her while standing somewhere left.
With a lot of luck and his tactic you can finish it with 4 straight hits without going into the spiders attackphase. The perfect setup for this is, when the spider is on right side, then you do step 1, after hitting immediantely do step 3 and stand on the left half of the platform. Wait until the spider goes right and do step 1 again.
Like I said, it's not confirmed that it works all the time, but in 3/5 I think this should work, and this is better than nothing for this RNG devil.
