New Start Time for Championships

Hello Tag Team Community, To more accurately record times for the Championship runs we are changing the start time to when you press start on the first frame the screen goes black. This will make frame counting runs much easier than trying to figure out when the start frame is on an audio queue. Thank you to Zarc0nis for your input in on this matter!
