All Achievements Guide

This is how I would run this. It’s not by anything perfect, but it gets the entire job done. For all of these, start loading the recording ASAP. You have to fast forward to the end of all recording for the achievement to count.

Note: Instead of using the NPC’s names, I’m using the colors that they are, mainly for convenience to myself. 

Some key terms/abbreviations I am going to use:
ARd - Augmented Reality desktop. It’s their desktops in front of their faces. When you click them in this run you have to check all of the boxes.
PD - Physical Desk. In each of the 6 main areas there is an office for the character, with an actual desk inside. You have to open them up and check each of the boxes on them as well. 
PQ - Personal Quarters. Each of the 6 areas has a living space for a character as well. All but the last need to be checked for AR recovered memories.

The list of achievements is as follows, with when/how we will complete them:
1: Liberated- Escape with ODIN
	-This one is just finishing the game normally, so we don't have to do any extra work.
2: ARdcore - View every crew record and desktop item.
	-This one is the bulk of the run. To do this you need to view every ARd, every PD, and recover all recording. 
3: From Downtown - Make a 3-point shot in basketball.
	-In the hub at the entrance to Biochemical there is a basketball court. Turn on the 3-point line and grab the basketball. Shoot a hoop from outside the 3-point line and score to get this.
4: Therefore Art Thou - Activate Juliet (the second cleaner bot) and reunite her with Romeo.
	-There is a cleaner bot named Romeo in the hub when you start the game. After you complete Engineering the Cyrogenetics area of the hub will open. On the side that has no people, Juliet is turned off. Turn the robot on and give her back to Romeo.
5: Ringbearer - Retrieve Bert's wedding ring and finish the game with it.
	-In the tunnel between Mechanical and Networking, you'll go underneath part of Mechanical that you've already been to. Above on a pipe should be a wedding ring. Pick it up and just finish the game with it.
6: Punch-Out!! - Go a full round with the punching bag in the Gym.
	-Punch the punching bag until you can hear your character getting winded.
7: Employee of the Month - Escape Tacoma having read all messages from Venturis.
	-There are nine messages that Venturis will send you throughout the game. What I would do is just wait until you get the 9th (in the airlock outside your ship), and then read them all at once.
8: Catsitter - Found all cats.
	-There are 7 cats in the station, find all 7.
9: Spellcheck - Fix the Obsolescence Day sign.
	-There is a sign made out of paper letters in Administration. Pick up the four letters that have fallen off and fix the sign.
10: Master of Unlocking - Escape Tacoma having unlocked every keypad and lock.
	-The run has this factored in (getting keys/typing in keycodes etc.). Your goal is to unlock everything you can with keys and codes.
11: Skeletina - Give the skeleton her hat and head back.
	-In Medical take the skull and the hat back to the skeleton in the closet by Imaging. They are both in storage, the skull is in the locked supply closet, while the hat is to the left of the desk inside there.
12: Make a basket with Tina's skull - Use the skeleton head to make a basket shot.
	-After you do achievement 11, take the skull with you to the hub. There you can just dunk the skull into the basket.

Tacoma Glitch Guide

Hello! This is a wee guide to some glitches I've found for anyone hoping to run Tacoma! 

LOAD SKIPS

When entering a room with AR recording, pick it up and immediately leave, walking into another room with an AR recording. This causes the loading pinwheel to dissappear, and the previous room. loads instantly.

INSTANT LOAD SKIP

Do as above, except when entering the second room, mash spacebar as you hit the trigger. This causes Amy to sign faster, and instantly loads both the first and second rooms. 

PRE-RUNNING

Pre-running is essentially running the game before doing a timed run. This ensures that lift times and the opening moon loading screen are short. Here's a consistent set up that ensures two lifts are short (Personnel and Biomedical) and the opening load screen is short:

1. Run the game as normal. Go down the Personnel lift, and come back up. Go down the Biomedical lift. Save and exit to menu at the bottom of the Biomedical lift.

2. Start a new game and immediately exit to menu once feasible.

3. Start a new game and begin timer.

This can wipe up to 90sec off your time. I'm yet to figure out a consistent strat to trigger all three lifts being short, but am definitely working on it.

SPEED BOOSTS

Occasionally running into a particular part of an openable door causes the game to give you a speed boost for a second or two. Still working on a consistent strat to trigger this.
