Im not doing any speedrun or something, but I would like to have recorded my best times. Anyway, there is issue that they don't save in-game, because and after closing and launching game again they are gone. Is there a way to keep them there?

I'm assuming you're playing on PC. Because this is a known bug when playing the game on modern PCs, we unfortunately don't know a fix for it.
