Can you get faster moderation times if you are in top 100th place? can you get verified as a speedrunner and get higher priority on moderation?

No, although we will tend to verify level runs sooner than multi-level runs primarily because multi-level runs just take longer but we don't verify higher placement runs sooner just because of higher placement, we go in order of submission date.
