Ok I have 2 questions (answered somewhere else)

1. There are 3 catagorys for speedruning on that being pc, console and legacy. I am on pc however I am using the windows store (xbox gamepass) version of the game. Would a speedrun from here need to goto pc or console?

2. I have noticed in game rules it states you have to use a brand new save. On pc on glitchless speedrun is this required? 2.5. How would I preform a clean save on the windows version?

1. If you play on PC, you submit to PC, no matter where you got the game. Note that legacy is for earlier versions (only available through EGS).

2. You don't have to literally clean your save file when starting a run, but you must play as if it was a clean save. This means you can't use the computer to teleport to whitespace and stuff like that.

2.5. As I said, this is not needed, but if you really want to, you can reset achievements from the achievement menu. Check this post if you want to reset other kinds of progress as well: https://discord.com/channels/644359909596594181/644359909596594184/871133429738139658

Thank you. I had clarification from the discord Server too. From my knowledge the console category exists because of the large differences in controller and keyboard. As for the save thingy I actually wasn’t frankly aware of the chess computer doing that
