As a mod team we decided that top 30 runs require in-game audio in some way (prefereably at least SFX) and that any run verified after making this rule would get rejected

hey, guy who suggested that rule here. i only suggested it because we came across a video (dinervc, the guy who "awakened") that potentially utilized slowdown hacks here. as such, we will continue to require that ingame audio is used.
