Timing
Does the timer start when it first begins to fade in or right when it fades in? Same question for the end too.

Good point, I will think about that but I would be for when it fades in and when it faded out.

Major changes in 0.4.5
Do to fundamental changes to the physics and Levels of the game, new subcatagories for the run versions were added. The runs will be spilt into pre and post 0.4.5 from this point onward.
