Teleporting, telepresence and diagonal movement

Telepresence
Advancing the movement marker beyond the next block is done by spamming movement keys. Only one direction can be advanced at a time. Using both WASD and Arrow keys simultaneous this advancement can be made even faster. The marker can activate events and switches, and even level changes.

A smaller telepresence effect can be done with a fast bait-and-switch -kind of movement. You can activate floor switches in Wine Cellar and chase rats away in Cloning Chambers by moving towards the block they are in, and move back out before you actually completely hit the block. This saves you a bit of time, and in the case Cloning Chambers, you can skip one rat from the second screen rat-puzzle.

Teleporting
Teleporting without teleports is done by first activating a switch or other event that results in an enter-key screen. First activate the event/switch with telepresence, then quickly tap enter, and the player is teleported instantly to the nearest tile. Good as a time saver, but can also be used to skip over guards line of sight if executed properly.

Diagonal movement
In some cases (notably the first runner area), you can move diagonally. First using telepresence, and then quickly spamming the next direction you want to go to, results in a diagonal movement in some places. Not a huge timesaver, but a saved millisecond is one millisecond less.
