Sorry, i don't really understand how il courses are timed. There is igt, but do i have to time with rta as well?

The load times seem small enough that I don't think it's necessary. Of course, if there's evidence to suggest load times are significant, we can start to time without loads.

Basically the rationale is that levels in SSG3/FG2 load much more slowly than SSG2/FG1
