All Cups Glitchless RTA strategies

Here is a document showing off multiple different consistent ways to beat each stage. This includes the main character for each cup as well as Shadow for Chao and Samba cup. Important PC & Mac Rules Update
Starting today we are enforcing a new rule that requires all PC and Mac players to set their "Low Detail Models" setting to "Four Player" in the S&SASR Configuration Panel, as seen below.
