Solid run. Optimized my route and clicks, still made some minor mistakes. Got decent RNG at the slot machine. There are still about 20 seconds you could shave off here. Ship trader refused to talk to me, so lost a couple of seconds, but got them back by skipping the Sequel Police time machine spawn. Also found a way to eliminate RNG in the nav code and the self destruction PIN.

Sub 9 minute runs could be possible, but would be completely dependent on slot machine luck.
