Planet Tokens Locations

So, I spend the last 4 hours looking for all the planet tokens locations before founding out they were all on internet. Anyway, here they are :

Planet Tapti
      Region Fryse : After the fight with the spider, in front of the cave
			     After finishing the game, in a island on the south west of the map, 
                             requiring deep water legs. Kill the Oogie
      Region Trunkle : In a boulder, north of the island, near the running Meeper
                                Burried in water, south (you may need 60 vision to see it)
      Region Noodlin : Burried, north East, near the bushes side quest
                                  In the spaceship debris, you'll have to break the four parts with 
                                  rocks
      Region Zager : Befriend the upper-east nest
	                      Kill the upper east nest
      Region Bowltektos : Behind boulders, down your nest
	                               In the small passage after the foe's nest, if you befriended 
                                       creatures from the nest in Zager, another one will appear in the 
                                       passage. Befriend him to get the token


Planet Pangu
      Region Flimmil : On the Eastern Isles
                                 On the star-shapped island, on the center
                                 North-East of the north-eastern island
                                 North of the north-eastern island
                                 West from the western cave
                                 North of the north-western island
      Region Muckluck : South-east from your spaceship
                                    North-west on the south island
                                    Noth-west on the biggest island
                                   North of the biggest island, where grass and ice meet

Planet Baysee : Boulder on the west side of the grassy area
                         Boulder on the north part of the grassy area
                         In the waterfall, west of the map
                         Burried, south-west from the middle of the river
                         Burried, south-west of the map, atop a hill
                         Boulder, South-west of the map
                         Burried in the East of the map
                         Boulder in the West, little green area on the map
                         Side quest about bringing food 
                         Side quest about watering 6 dead trees

Planet Flubit : You litteraly cannot miss this first one
                       South from your spaceship
                       North of the map
                       North-east of the map
                       East of the map
                       South of the map
                       West, on the edge of the lava lake
                       Burried in the lava lake island
                       South of the lake
                       North-east, in a small area

Planet Zencrie : Burried north of your spaceship
                         Burried in the north-west part of the map, on tip of the land
                         Burried in the south, in front of the subarea cave
                         Burried in the sub-area, south-east
                         Boulder in the sub-area, south
                         South, under the bridge
                         Complete the Starspeck quest
                         Complete the Broogus quest (doing one of the quest pervent the other 
                         from being completed, you have to redo the entire planet )
      Gar'sKuther's Lair : Burried North-west from your nest
                                     Burried North-west in the arena

Planet Freezle :  (Those might be randomly spread across 5 Iceberg and 5 dirt piles, here's 
                          what I got : )
                         Icebergs : South
                                         North on South-west island
                                         North on West island
                                         North on northern island
                                         North of spaceship
                        Dirt Piles : North-west on South-west island
                                         South of north island
                                         Atop the north island
                                         West of west island
                                         South-west of the spaceship
