This may seem tricky, but it is quite possible on mobile and PC.

Dragging the salad to the bottom spot, and then jitterclicking it whilst clicking the backyard door, will end up skipping the salad animation, saving alot of time.

You can also pull this off on PC, by dropping it in the corner, and then spam clicking the backyard door.

If pulled of successfully, you could get a very fast time.
