Emulator: Kega Fusion, Version: 3.64

An awesome improvement run with SlayBelle! We focused on not collecting gold and money, keeping the screen scrolling, and always attacking enemies when they were on the screen. Belle crused it with Skate this time (used Blaze last time). We wanted sub-39 and we got it! We'll see if we push it any further, but I'm super proud of this run.
