First moon skip and other exploits like it would be banned from the speedrun I feel like it would be an interesting idea. I call it exploitless instead of glitchless because most of the tricks used in any % are exploit and not glitches.

I doubt this will happen to be honest. Part of the problem is characterising what is an exploit and what isn't. For example, is moon skip an exploit? Personally I believe it was intended by nintendo but who knows. How about something like flower road skip in Wooded kingdom? It is simply a jump. Once you take out the clear exploits/glitches such as moon clip and fish clip in seaside the run wouldn't really be very different from any%.
Well anything that isn’t intended. First moon skip was not intended, because there’s supposed to be an invisible wall at that location (depending on how you do it). Nut clip was also pretty obviously not intended. So was sphinx skip. Anything that is simply a jump is ok because it’s just jumping you’re not breaking the physics of the game by jumping. I mean, it’s just my opinion but I feel like it’d be a pretty cool extra speedrun category.
You don't need a leaderboard to run a category like this. If you wish to run Any% without certain tricks then by all means do it on your own accord, that's what I believe half of the runners from the Any% category already do. Also with the "Is it a Glitch or Exploit? Was it intended by Nintendo or not?" controversy gives another reason to not make a category like this.

I mean if Odyssey was really broken, like OoT, then a glitchless category would be understandable. The only time a "glitchless" category will be put in place is if somehow we find a kingdom skip.
The problem with this is that there isn’t that many glitches/exploits and all the ones there are such as fish clip and moon clip (in 1.3) they don’t save enough time to do a whole leaderboard for, plus things like nut clip and scoot clip, people don’t really do it with higher then around a 1:08 or even 1:07. It just wouldn’t be too different of a run (May not be right times it’s just a guesstimate)
If it's non-arbitrary enough - like no midair cap bounces, similar to how 70 star is no BLJ - maybe you could get it on the CE board or the CE spreadsheet WITH a run. Not just trying to list all of the exploits, that's way too subjective
