OneHand's Category Rules says "An original or dogbone style NES controller must be used", is it allowed to use the original Famicom controller (not NES, but the original Japanese FC)?

How about a GoofyFoot controller? (Essentially reversed NES controller which is allowed for Classic Tetris World Championship)
