Is Toad better than peach?
In a lot of levels, people tend to use toad over peach. I get that he's faster now, but is peach still useful anywhere?
I use toad most of the time and I don't know which character I'm supposed to use but he gets the job done.

Yes, definitely. Luigi is more useful than Toad in a lot of places, mostly because his crouch boosts/vectors are more potent and speedy than Toad.
