Regarding audio in runs

We have decided that all future runs will require game audio in order to be verified.

This is done for a few reasons: First of all, it is easier to notice spliced video when there is game audio present. Also, some emulators enable trickery to change how the game plays, but they tend to mess up the sound as a side effect.

And as a side note, It's more entertaining to watch runs with sound.

This change will not affect any runs already approved OR submitted before this rule change (march 7, 2022).

Good luck and go fast!

Can't imagine why would people submit runs without sound... And there's also 'nother sort of trickery available by simply changing the game files with debug commands and etc. I fear some people might use it to have a headstart... You know, a little bit boosted damage (by 1.1) or a little bit enhanced zip/swing distance. So it is essential to see at these moments as well to verify runs (at least the ones on the first 3 leading positions).

P.S. the speed of everything can also be modified even slightly.

I record separately from the broadcast of the video through obs. I just forgot to turn the sound on in the obs, brooo. And did not check the sound due to fatigue. I understand that this may raise suspicions, but I'm not the kind of person who wants to cheat with game changes
