I've noticed several users submitting runs with websites other than Youtube (Vimeo, Vidyard, Google Drive, etc) and I am wondering why. It seems like there's almost no drawbacks to using Youtube. Does anyone know?

Well obviously, otherwise they wouldn't be using it. What I'm asking is why would they prefer a site other than Youtube?

That is the most idiotic question (no offence)  maybe because they prefer the other sites. That's like asking someone why do you prefer orange to apple juice they just prefer that different taste.

they probably dont use youtube or dont have a youtube channel .

because on yt some of the runs dont process for hrs

@Pence I asked the question because I’m debating on whether to accept runs from sites other than YouTube. If there’s a real reason people don’t like YouTube, we would  take it into consideration as moderators. @Mr_ZigZag it literally takes 5 minutes to create a Google account then another 5 minutes to create a YouTube channel along with it. Those who are submitting through Google Drive already have a google account. @Menacing_Memer Fair enough, although with shorter videos it doesn’t take long.

Why not use Youtube?
