4. Add Suite and 2 parking spots right away (with stairs to parking)
5. Wait until VIP has cleared
6. Add 9 Recycling Centers & 3 Rows of parking
7. Build FF on B1-B3
8. Build FF on 12-18
9. Build FF on 27-33
10. Build Metro
11. Build Cathedral floors
12. Build Cathedral dedicated elevator
13. Build 1 Standard Elevator 15 to 19-26
14. Build offices 19-26
15. Fill out with FF as needed on WE
