In an attempt to encourage new runners to pick up this game or for existing runners to branch out to new categories I'll be working on transferring all of my notes and making guides to some Google Docs (since I don't want to keep linking stuff in my personal Dropbox). 
I'll be editing this post when I finish transferring stuff over, so check back every once and a while to see what's new.

If you're new:

*  1) Welcome, pleased to meet you.
*  2) No-WttD = No Warp Through the Danger. It essentially means that its the 'glitched' category (as apposed to say glitchless).

I present to you the Jammies Any% Tutorial!  This is a basic guide giving methodology and general routing for the run.  It's not showcasing the most advanced strats, but more tailored to be a starter guide to introduce the player to tech and ideas of current route for this speedrun mode.

    -Item Shop (Talk to shopkeeper, trade Sales Slip for Magnet)

    -Hatchery (Fly to Main Street)
    -Progress through level, breaking pots along the way to collect gems (trying to reach 130).
    -Beat Poop Toot (Boss 1)
 
Mermaid Falls
    -Talk to Distressed Girl
    -Item shop (buy Super Pikeball)
    -Hatchery (Main Street)
    -Collect Monkey Bullet, Health Permit, and Heart Holder
    -Turn in Health Permit to Cook
    -Whistle to Mermaid Falls

    -Item Shop (Buy Scimitar, Silky Creme, and potions if possible)
    -Workshop (Give Dark Shard to Uncle)
    -Hatchery (Fly to Cape Crustacean)
    -Beat Ammo Baron (Boss 4)
 
¤¤¤If you collected a Monster Egg in Tassel Town on either of the 2 trips (from either the Eagles or the Mini Snakes), you can
turn that in the next time you return to Town for your 5th Heart Holder. Otherwise, you can collect the Monster Egg from the Naga
in Mermaid Falls 1 (80% drop rate), or you can skip the Monster Egg Heart Holder completely and pick up the Heart Holder
from the Airships Level (Cape Crusty area 2, before you go inside. It's the Heart Holder with the many lasers). Either the
Mermaid Falls Monster Egg or the Cape Crusty 2 Heart Holder trips take about 20 seconds, so the only way to truly save time here
is if you get a Monster Egg from the Tassel Town area by luck.¤¤¤
 
 
Hypno Baron's Castle
    -Bath House (Talk to Doctor to trade "get sick" for candy)
    -Hatchery: Fly to Mermaid Falls, collect Light Shard, Mermaid Dance.
    -Whistle to Main Street (Collect Vorpal Blade)
    -Workshop (Give Light Shard to Uncle)
    -Hatchery (Fly to Baron's Castle)
    -Beat Dual Barons (Boss 5)
 
 
Risky's Hideout
    -Item Shop (Trade Vorpal Sword for Grandma's Hat, buy Potions if possible)
    -Grandma Blobfish (Trade Grandma's Hat for Mermaid Bubble)
    -Hatchery (Fly to Tassle Town, collect Iron Slab)
    -Whistle to Baron's Castle, collect Hamster
    -Whistle Home
    -Workshop (Trade Iron Slab and Hamster for Risky's Map)
    -Hatchery (Fly to Risky's Hideout)
    -Beat Risky/Tinkerbot (Final Boss) and escape.
