SILVER SPAWNS 
Here's a different way to look at Silver. I've put together a by-player position guide.  This is positional only. I make no reference to skills, gear, guns, buffs etc. I've also assumed you know more or less where the spawn points are. Main spawn platform is the one opposite the arena entrance. 

PLAYER1
Rd 1 - main platform until 3rd twin blade killed, then run to next main spawn next to corner spawn. 
Rd 2 - main platform then run to main corner spawn 
Rd 3 - main platform to kill voidcallers (X3) and all grunts. After red spitter move to spider spawn next to corner
Rd4 - left of main platform. Once red hammer killed assist main platform
Rd 5 - main platform to kill voidcallers then move left to blinker spawn. When Regis comes move to main platform to ready for Blade. 

PLAYER 2
Rd 1 - main platform then spider spawn to right
Rd 2 - main platform then corner spawn
Rd 3 - Spawn next to corner. When corner spawns rush to deal with that
Rd4 - Spawn point next to corner. Once red hammer killed assist main platform
Rd 5 - main platform to kill grunt spawn. When red spitter killed jump up to next platform to distract/shoot Regis. Then assist Blade kill 

PLAYER 3
Rd 1 - right of platform, when spiders come move to spawn point next to corner. 
Rd 2 - left of main platform. Once red spitter rush to corner
Rd 3- kill voidcallers near corner spawn. Then assist spawn near corner and then finally the corner. (assist player 2)
Rd 4 - main platform
Rd 5 - kill voidcallers near corner spawn. Then assist blinker spawn. Once Regis comes move to position near entrance (opposite player 2) to backshot Regis. Assist Blade kill
