I was wondering what "Max Percentage" could mean so I could run it for shits and giggles.

What I was thinking,
All Bronze Medals and S-Flags
All Silver Medals and S-Flags
All Gold Medals and S-Flags
(Not sure if I should add multiplayer stuff into it, if so I change my mind about this max percentage )

Max Percentage should be unlock that weird mini game, which requires all bronze, silver and gold completions 100%. But idk, if you want it, go for it.
