It is possible to skip SunStone and MoonStone entirely
this only works in WC2, so sadly we cannot Skip SS2/SS4/DR
Here's a useless TAS-only trick:
You can fall past the rubble blocking the Krazoa's mouth in CC3, and then staff-swing into the save trigger which is past where the fire gem door would normally be (which fails to load when CC is glitch loaded).
Normally, there is no way to transfer "high-flags" from one file to another independent of location. However, this can be done if using an ESW as Krystal.
Many prop related things are kept in high-flags, so it may be possible to unload a prop as Fox, transfer that to Krystal, and then walk passed the unloaded prop.
This could open up some skips, but it would have a large setup costs (potentially reobtain K1 / watch Fox intro cutscenes).

I couldn't find why this bug was caused, but I was able to find this button state bug -- sometimes you can get buttons to freeze their state, or even get the button to lower below the ground
Here's a meme glitch that happens if we do a RRESW in K5 to a file in DIM which has Spellstone 4:
CRF unloaded cutscene warp
Steps:
- Save outside central area
- Load file, clip barrel into tunnel
- Break central pillar, save/quit while it is breaking (not frame perfect).
- Reload to save file outside area
- Load the queen, and exit on the exact frame the cutscene plays
- You now warp inside, but the center is unloaded
