New submission rules for podium spots

Moderators have decided that going forward any new submissions claiming to be a podium spot must include a link to the run on YouTube. This is to assist in the verification process.
This doesn't mean your primary video has to be on YouTube, only that somewhere on the submission you must provide a link to it on YouTube, for example in the notes.
Your run may be rejected if you fail to provide this.
