During the first Mia Fight (the one with the Hatchet). right before the fight takes place when she knocks herself out, is there a faster way to activate the scene when mia stands back up and throws you through the wall?

Is there a place I can go for tips, tricks and shortcuts to help me through the story? I got a tip dealing w/ Jack busting through the wall. I was told that basically if you don't just hide from him and THEN go for the latch leading underground that he will chop your leg off. Another I found out myself is when playing on Madhouse during the fight w/ Mia after you w/ the chainsaw, it take around 16 direct headshots w/ the pistol to take her down.

A lot of people are interested in text guides, personally so far it's easiest to just watch the world record in the category you want to run, and just immitate what they do
